All About Penelope
Jessica Arjet has been performing as a clown since 1998. Originally, she was Mz. Squiggles, an Auguste circus-type clown, but in 2003 she decided to change her look and her name to Penelope Foolish.
Penelope is a more "human" clown, who concentrates on playing with the children as a super-sized party guest. She's not just there to put on a show--she makes sure everyone gets into the action and has a great time.
Penelope is also 100% professional. She is a member of:
- Clowns of America International (COAI)
- World Clown Association (WCA)
- Texas Clown Association (TCA)

Penelope is also a certified Girl Scout Leader, a trained improv actor, a comedy instructor for both Zach Scott Theater and Lockhart Community Theatre, and teacher of her own improv comedy classes.
